We are growing our year-round workforce as part of our multi-year plan to bring the Palmer Project to feasibility. These responsible positions are essential to achieving our goals and offer competitive compensation packages.
Seasonal Positions
We are fully staffed for the 2025 season. Please check back for the 2026 exploration season, which operates late May to early October and based at the Palmer Camp near Haines, Alaska.
Year-Round Positions
The Palmer Project camp and remote work site are located near Haines, Alaska, with company offices in downtown Haines and Vancouver, Canada. The positions below are full-time supporting the Palmer Project with various work locations. Some positions are camp-based during the field season and office-based with remote flexibility in the off-season; others are based in our offices with remote flexibility year-round and regular travel to the project site.

mineral exploration at the Palmer VMS Project located near Haines, Alaska. Our multi-year plan to advance
the Palmer Project through feasibility offers rewarding opportunities and we are seeking an experienced and
dynamic Principal Geologist to join our skilled and diverse workforce.
PRINCIPAL GEOLOGIST
As a Principal Geologist, you will be a technical leader that contributes to the geological exploration and
evaluation of the Palmer VMS Project near Haines, Alaska. Key responsibilities include directing geological
exploration initiatives, managing field operations, and analyzing data to identify potential mineral resources,
while providing technical expertise to support business development and growth. You have strong leadership
and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. You are a well-rounded
candidate with a solid track record of success.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management to exploration activities from prospecting to establishment of mineral resources through oversight of geology staff while ensuring implementation of efficient and effective data acquisition processes.
- Supervise and mentor staff in the application of industry leading best practices in areas of geoscience systems and protocols, health & safety, and environmental stewardship.
- Detailed interpretation, analysis, and continuous improvement in understanding the controls on mineralizing systems in the project area.
- Develop regional scale, target scale, and deposit scale geological models (lithology, structure, alteration, and mineralization) in the Company’s software platforms.
- Foster the collection of, compilation of, data management of, and interpretation of all geoscience information acquired from exploration programs including but not limited to diamond drilling, geological mapping, both ground-based and airborne geophysics, and surficial geochemical sampling.
- Contribute to the development of an exploration pipeline of targets through target generation initiatives and to strategic exploration planning for both short-term and longer-term periods.
- With Senior management, continue the establishment and implementation of professional development training programs that will provide learning opportunities for knowledge growth within the exploration team.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management, as well as develop strong reporting mechanisms for the exploration team including producing materials as requested for corporate disclosure and marketing.
Education
- Degree in Geology or other related discipline along with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience.
A post-graduate degree specializing in structural geology or geochemistry is considered an asset for this role. - Current registration or eligible for registration as a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
Skills
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing geological exploration and evaluation projects with a demonstrated commitment to safety, health, environment and community matters in an exploration environment.
- Strong technical expertise in geology, including mapping, sampling, data analysis and modelling.
- Ability to integrate and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to generate exploration targets and support decision-making.
- Provide continuity and updates to the geological models intended to ensure technical accuracy.
- Proficient with Leapfrog Geo/Edge, ArcGIS Pro, MX Deposit (or another data management platform such as AcQuire), and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Solid knowledge of volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits would be a strong asset for this role.
- Experience with Mineral Resource estimation would be considered an asset for this role
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and other presentations as required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Travel Requirement
This is a full-time, year-round position supporting the Palmer Project, that will require travel during the summer field season and office-based in Vancouver, Canada (with remote flexibility) in the off-season.
